Delete your Colabi account

Colabi (operated by Zenyx PTY LTD) — how to request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to request deletion

To delete your Colabi account and the data associated with it, email support@colabi.co from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Sending the request from your registered email address lets us verify it's really you.

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you to confirm once it's complete.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and login details (name, email, phone, password)
• Your business content created in Colabi — workflows, tasks, customers, forms, messages, uploaded files and AI conversations
• Any location data collected for task allocation
• Usage and diagnostic data tied to your account

What may be retained

We retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to — for example billing, payment and tax records — for the period required by law (typically up to 7 years), after which they are deleted. Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
