The agent count on your plan is your Workflow Agents, the ones that do your work end to end, whether you built them yourself or added them from the marketplace. Assistants, Voice Agents and Website Agents are counted separately and do not come out of that allowance.
Any physical robot you connect. Robots are only available on the Scale plan — they need hands-on setup and ongoing support, so we keep them on the tier that includes pilot setup.
You stay on the same plan — the extra seat just adds to your next invoice at the rate shown for that tier. Same for AI agents. Robots require the Scale plan.
